He's a pilot, you know?

Ok, so my type is a pilot. I call him tenderly *type* (as in *guy*) (German: Tüp), though I don't know how you can say this in English keeping the pun. Anyway, we have a kind of running gag with ends with the phrase "he's a pilot, you know?". And voilà new layout for Color Me Scrappy.

In this challenge you're asked to work with this color palette and a white background. I had lots of fun diving into my stash and pulling out whatever could go well with this color palette and used a couple of favourites, like that brad from Crate Paper or the Heidi Swapp paper. That photo of my type and me on our first flight together was just perfect. We hired a tiny plane and went into the air for about 25 minutes. After the first 15 minutes my stomach realized this wasn't such a good idea and so we headed back to the base. I didn't puke, though :) (which was actually the phrase of the day) So back to Color Me Scrappy, you're got time until February 7 to submit your take. Happy scrappin'!

By the way, this is LO #4 for my challenge "50 layouts before purchasing again", yay! For more detail shots and materials, see below.

By the way, Color Me Scrappy is having a new design team call!
